15.1.5 Franchisee shall transfer and assign to Company or its designee all telephone numbers, white and yellow page listings, on-line telephone listings and all other associated listings for the Franchised Business, and Franchisee shall notify the telephone company and all listing agencies of the termination or expiration of Franchisee's right to use any telephone number and any classified or other telephone directory listings associated with the Franchised Business, and authorize and instruct their transfer to Company.
15.1.6 If Company had authorized Franchisee to use the Marks in connection with the internet, any website or e-mail address, or social media Franchisee shall cancel or assign to Company or its designate, as Company directs, all of Franchisee's right, title and interest in any internet websites or web pages, email addresses, social media listings, domain name listings and registrations which contain the Marks, or any of them, and Franchisee shall notify the persons and Entities of the termination of Franchisee's right to use any domain name, web page, social media listing, and other internet device associated with Company or the Franchised Business, and authorize and instruct their cancellation or transfer to Company, as directed by Company.
Franchisee is not entitled to any compensation from Company if Company exercises its said rights or options.

According to the 2025 Angry Chickz Franchise Disclosure Document, upon termination of the Franchise Agreement, a franchisee has specific obligations regarding online listings. The franchisee must transfer and assign to Angry Chickz all telephone numbers, white and yellow page listings, online telephone listings, and all other associated listings for the Franchised Business.
Furthermore, the franchisee is required to notify the telephone company and all listing agencies about the termination or expiration of their right to use any telephone number and any classified or other telephone directory listings associated with the Franchised Business. They must also authorize and instruct the transfer of these listings to Angry Chickz.
If Angry Chickz had authorized the franchisee to use the Marks in connection with the internet, any website, email address, or social media, the franchisee must cancel or assign to Angry Chickz all rights, titles, and interests in any internet websites or web pages, email addresses, social media listings, domain name listings, and registrations that contain the Marks. The franchisee must also notify the relevant parties of the termination of their right to use any domain name, web page, social media listing, and other internet devices associated with Angry Chickz or the Franchised Business, and authorize and instruct their cancellation or transfer to Angry Chickz, as directed by Angry Chickz. The franchisee is not entitled to any compensation from Angry Chickz if Angry Chickz exercises these rights or options.
