What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Angry Chickz Franchise Disclosure Document, if a local or regional advertising cooperative ("Co-op") is established, the advertising cooperative must prepare quarterly and annual financial statements. These financial statements must be prepared by an independent Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
These financial statements must be made available to all franchisees within that specific advertising cooperative. This ensures transparency and allows franchisees to understand how the cooperative's funds are being managed and spent.
As of the date of the FDD, Angry Chickz had not yet established any local or regional advertising cooperatives. If Angry Chickz establishes a co-op in the future, franchisees will be required to participate in the co-op for the region in which their restaurant is located.
