What experience does Angry Chickz rely on to compile the estimated initial investment?

Angry_Chickz Franchise · 2025 FDD

Answer from 2025 FDD Document

In compiling these estimates, we rely on the experience of our affiliate in the construction and development of Restaurants. These amounts are the minimum recommended levels to cover your operating expenses for 3 months. Additional working capital may be required if sales are low or fixed costs are high. The disclosure laws require us to include this estimate of all costs and expenses to operate your franchise during the "initial phase" of your business, which is defined as 3 months or a longer period if "reasonable for the industry." We are not aware of any established longer "reasonable period," so our disclosures cover a 3 month period.

What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Angry Chickz's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the estimates for the initial investment are based on the experience of their affiliate in restaurant construction and development. These estimates are presented as the minimum recommended amounts to cover operating expenses for the first three months.

The FDD specifies that additional working capital may be necessary if sales are low or fixed costs are high. Angry Chickz clarifies that disclosure laws require them to include an estimate of all costs and expenses to operate the franchise during the initial phase, which they define as three months, aligning with industry standards.

Prospective franchisees should be aware that these are estimates, and actual costs can vary depending on factors such as location, sales, and operational efficiency. It is crucial for potential franchisees to carefully review these estimates and conduct their own due diligence, considering their specific circumstances and market conditions, to determine the actual investment required.
