What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Angry Chickz's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees receive 10 hours of live training during the opening hours of operation. This training takes place at a designated training restaurant. This on-the-job training is designed to equip franchisees and their staff with the practical skills and knowledge needed to successfully manage day-to-day operations during peak hours.
This live training is in addition to the other training programs that Angry Chickz provides. The initial training program is approximately 150 hours over 15 days. This initial training program is provided at no additional cost for up to 4 people, including the Operating Principal, the Restaurant Leader, and a trainer.
In addition to the initial and live training, Angry Chickz will provide up to 5 days of on-site training commencing shortly before and ending shortly after the Restaurant opens to the public. If Angry Chickz determines that it is necessary to provide more than 5 days of on-site training, the franchisee must pay their then-current training fees and reimburse for travel expenses.
