- 6.4.1 Periodically during the Term, Company may require the Operating Principal and other Franchised Business personnel (whether they are existing or newly-hired employees) to attend and satisfactorily complete various training courses, programs and conventions that Company chooses to provide, and/or that Company requires Franchisee to provide or attend, at the times and locations that Company designates.
