nnection with training or other assistance, including for providing services at a Company or another licensee's or franchisee's Restaurant. If any training requires travel by Company's employees or representatives, Franchisee will reimburse Company for all Travel Expenses incurred by Company. Company shall determine the contents and manner of conducting all training programs referenced in this Article. Franchisee acknowledges that because of Company's superior skill and knowledge with respect to the training and skill required to develop and operate a Restaurant, its judgment as to whether or not a person has satisfactorily completed the Initial Training Program, and/or all additional or other training programs shall be determined by Company.
6.6 Grand Opening Support. In consideration of the Grand Opening Fee, Company will develop, design and conduct a pre and post-opening marketing campaign for the Franchised Business with Franchisee's input based on highlighting the Authorized Products, the local community around the Location, and Franchisee's grand opening activities.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Angry Chickz's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Angry Chickz Franchising LLC (referred to as "Company") determines the contents and manner of conducting all training programs. This includes the initial training program that the Operating Principal, Restaurant Leader, and Trainer must complete to the Company's satisfaction. The company may modify the content and manner of conducting the Initial Training Program at its discretion.
This means that Angry Chickz has complete control over the training provided to franchisees and their staff. The initial training program is approximately 15 days for all attendees. The training will be conducted at Angry Chickz's training facilities in California or other approved facilities specified by Angry Chickz, and may include classroom training, instruction at company or franchisee facilities, remote training, and/or a self-study program.
As a prospective franchisee, it is important to recognize that Angry Chickz retains the right to change the training program's content, format, and location. Franchisees are responsible for all expenses incurred by themselves and their employees in connection with training, including travel expenses. Franchisees may also need to reimburse Angry Chickz for travel expenses if Angry Chickz employees or representatives travel for training purposes.
