- 7.5.1 Franchisee shall notify Company in writing promptly (but in any event within 1 day) after Franchisee receives notice of (i) any violation, report, fine, test result or the like from a Governmental Authority, (ii) the commencement of any incident that Franchisee reasonably believes may adversely affect the operation or financial condition of Franchisee, the Franchised Business or the System; (iii) the commencement of any investigation, action, suit, or other proceeding, or the issuance of any order, writ, injunction, award, or other decree of any court, agency, or other Governmental Authority that pertains to the Franchised Business, the Marks or the System, or (iv) any other event or circumstance that may adversely affect Franchisee's operation of the Franchised Business or ability to meet its obligations. Franchisee shall promptly send a copy of all relevant communications and documents to Company. Franchisee shall correct any deficiencies within 5 days or such fewer number of days as required by Applicable Law or the Governmental Authority.
