What is the deadline for an Angry Chickz franchisee to complete construction/renovation, obtain permits, and commence operation, subject to Force Majeure?

According to the 2025 Angry Chickz Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee must complete construction or renovation of the premises and the franchised business, obtain all required permits and the company's written authorization to open, and commence operation of the franchised business as soon as possible. Subject to Force Majeure, this must be completed no later than 10 months following the Effective Date, unless Angry Chickz consents in writing to a longer period of time. The Effective Date is defined as the date the Franchise Agreement is made.

The franchisee must also provide all other information as may be requested by Angry Chickz and periodic updates (no less frequently than once each week) on the franchisee's progress and diligence in responding to and overcoming the Force Majeure. The franchisee must notify Angry Chickz immediately upon cessation of Force Majeure.
