What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Angry Chickz's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the company will visit the development area for the first proposed restaurant without any additional fees or costs to the developer. This visit is limited to one full business day.
However, if additional site visits are required by Angry Chickz or requested by the developer, the developer will incur a fee of $500 plus all expenses associated with these additional visits, subject to the availability of Angry Chickz's personnel. Angry Chickz may also choose to conduct site visits electronically through a platform they select, and the developer is expected to cooperate in such cases.
This initial free visit for the first proposed restaurant can be a significant benefit for new Angry Chickz developers, allowing them to receive initial guidance and assessment without incurring extra costs. However, it's important for developers to carefully prepare for this visit to maximize its value, as subsequent visits will incur fees and expenses. The option for electronic site visits also provides flexibility and potentially reduces costs, but requires cooperation from the developer to ensure its effectiveness.
