According to Angry Chickz's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Angry Chickz, its representatives, and/or licensors have the right to inspect all aspects of the Franchised Business. These inspections can occur before, during, or after business hours.
During these inspections, the inspectors can observe operations, examine all aspects of the business, confer with the franchisee's employees, and determine whether the business is being conducted according to the Franchise Agreement, the System, and the Standards. Inspectors also have the right to interview present and former customers.

If a re-inspection is required to confirm that a deficiency was rectified, the franchisee must pay Angry Chickz $500 per re-inspection, plus out-of-pocket expenses, including travel expenses.
