Besides the Operating Principal, who else must be adequately trained to operate an Angry Chickz franchise?

According to the 2025 Angry Chickz Franchise Disclosure Document, in addition to the Operating Principal, a Restaurant Leader and an adequate staff of employees must be fully and adequately trained. The franchisee or the Operating Principal must successfully complete the training program.

The Operating Principal, if applicable, must devote their full time and best efforts solely to the operation of the Angry Chickz Restaurant. They must also meet Angry Chickz's educational, experience, financial, and other reasonable criteria for the position, as outlined in the manuals or in writing. Furthermore, the Operating Principal must have successfully completed the Initial Training Program and be accepted by Angry Chickz.

For franchisees participating in the Area Development Program, the trainer is responsible for training all of the franchisee's employees and independent contractors to meet and maintain the brand standards after Angry Chickz has performed its initial training obligations for the first two restaurants developed and opened. Each restaurant must be operated and supervised only by people who have successfully completed the training specified by Angry Chickz or who have been trained by the Development Area franchisee's certified trainer.
