We will hold training as frequently as we determine necessary. If you are an individual, you and your initial Restaurant Leader must attend, and satisfactorily complete, to our satisfaction, the Initial Training Program. If you are an entity, your Operating Principal and your Restaurant Leader, and if applicable, trainer, must attend and satisfactorily complete, to our satisfaction, the Initial Training Program, prior to opening your Restaurant to the public. Our training is conducted by various members of our staff and under the supervision of Mariana Sanchez. Ms. Sanchez has been our Director of Training since March of 2025 and has over 8 years of experience in all aspects of the restaurant industry. Other trainers will have experience in the materials that they are presenting, and at least one year of restaurant experience. What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Angry Chickz Franchise Disclosure Document, if a franchisee is an individual, both the individual franchisee and their initial Restaurant Leader must attend and satisfactorily complete the Initial Training Program. This requirement ensures that both the owner and the manager responsible for day-to-day operations are well-versed in Angry Chickz's standards and operating procedures.

The Initial Training Program is comprehensive, totaling approximately 150 hours over 15 days. It covers various aspects of restaurant management and operations. The training takes place at Angry Chickz's training facilities, which include the headquarters and a location in Thousand Oaks, California, or other approved facilities. The training methods may include classroom instruction, on-site training, remote sessions, and self-study programs.

Angry Chickz may modify the content and manner of conducting the Initial Training Program at its discretion. Franchisees cannot operate their restaurant until the Operating Principal, initial Restaurant Leader, and trainer (if applicable) have completed the Initial Training Program to Angry Chickz's satisfaction. This ensures that all key personnel are adequately prepared before the restaurant opens to the public.

Angry Chickz provides the Initial Training Program at no additional cost to 4 persons, including the Operating Principal, the Restaurant Leader and the trainer. However, if additional training is required for other designated individuals, for subsequent franchise agreements, or if Angry Chickz requires additional training for the franchisee or employees, the franchisee will incur training fees and be responsible for travel expenses.
