What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Anago's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Anago does not offer the right to acquire or operate a Unit Franchise under this particular disclosure. Instead, Anago offers the right to act as a master franchisee and subfranchisor within a defined territory. As a subfranchisor, you are authorized and obligated to sell Unit Franchises to qualified individuals within your territory.
As an Anago subfranchisor, you will be required to enter into a Unit Franchise Agreement with each of your Unit Franchisees. These agreements authorize the Unit Franchisee to use Anago's trademarks, trade names, service marks, trade secrets, programs, materials, and procedures. The Unit Franchisees will operate businesses focused primarily on janitorial services, but they can also offer other facilities-related services approved by Anago.
As a subfranchisor, you will also be entering into commercial service contracts for janitorial and other facilities-related services and assigning the performance of services under those contracts to your Unit Franchisees. This means you will be competing with other janitorial service companies to secure these contracts. The market for both selling franchises and securing commercial accounts is generally developed and very competitive in the United States.
