What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Anago's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, C-Fee credits are not provided under specific circumstances related to the franchisee's actions or the termination of a client contract. Specifically, Anago will not issue C-Fee credits if a franchisee chooses to stop servicing a client. Additionally, if a contract is canceled due to the direct fault of the Anago Unit Franchise, no C-Fee credits will be given.

This policy means that Anago franchisees bear the risk of losing C-Fee payments if they voluntarily cease providing services or if their actions lead to a client canceling the service contract. This encourages franchisees to maintain good service and client relations to avoid cancellations that would disqualify them from receiving C-Fee credits.

It is important to note that C-Fees are generally non-refundable, but credits may be issued if a client cancels within 180 days of commencement, provided the cancellation is not the franchisee's fault. Any credit is limited to 15% of paid C-Fees and is at Anago's discretion. Franchisees must request any C-Fee credits in writing within 30 days after the termination of an account.
