What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Anago's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Website Maintenance Fee is payable only if Anago assumes responsibility for maintaining the webpage for the Anago Subfranchise Rights Business. This fee is currently $1,500 per month and is due monthly on the 20th day of each month.

For a prospective Anago subfranchisee, this means that they will only incur this $1,500 monthly fee if they choose to have Anago manage their website. This provides flexibility, as the subfranchisee can opt to manage the website themselves and avoid this expense. However, if the subfranchisee lacks the expertise or time to handle website maintenance, Anago offers this service for a fee.

It is important for potential subfranchisees to consider whether they want to handle website maintenance themselves or prefer to delegate it to Anago. If they choose the latter, they should factor in the $1,500 monthly fee into their operating expenses. This fee is in addition to other fees such as the Administrative Support Fee, Billing and Collection Fees, and Anago NBDS Support and access fees.
