What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Anago's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees receive gross monthly revenues from client accounts, less fees owed to Anago and any other liabilities the franchisee may have to Anago. Anago will not pay franchisees if they are in default under the agreement.
Specifically, franchisees are responsible for paying their employees' wages for services performed on Anago accounts. Failure to do so constitutes a material default under the agreement. Additionally, if a franchisee desires to cease servicing a client or if the contract is canceled as a direct result of the franchisee's actions, no C-Fee credits are given. The difference between the amount the franchisee has paid in C-Fees and the amount of credit given will be deemed earned by Anago.
In practical terms, this means an Anago franchisee must maintain diligent financial responsibility regarding employee compensation and client service. Failure to pay employees can lead to a default, preventing revenue distribution. Furthermore, proactively ending a client relationship or causing a contract cancellation results in forfeiting any potential C-Fee credits, which Anago will retain. This incentivizes franchisees to maintain good standing and fulfill their contractual obligations to both Anago and their clients.
