What This Means (2025 FDD)

The 2025 Anago Franchise Disclosure Document states that Anago or its affiliate, AFI, may negotiate contracts with third parties that stipulate their products and services are the only ones offered within the Anago system. If Anago notifies a franchisee of such a contract, the franchisee must exclusively offer those third-party products and services.

Specifically, franchisees are prohibited from providing any products or services to clients that compete with these designated third-party offerings. This restriction ensures uniformity and potentially leverages negotiated benefits with specific suppliers.

Therefore, a transferee's ability to engage in a competitive business would be limited by these agreements, as they must adhere to the Anago system's requirements to use only approved products and services when servicing Anago clients. A prospective franchisee should inquire about any existing or planned exclusive contracts that could impact their business operations.
