We will provide the Anago Orientation Program for You (or one of your owners, if you are a legal entity) and two other individuals designated by You within 30 days of the Agreement Date. One of the individuals who attends the Anago Orientation Program must personally guaranty Your obligations under this Agreement if You are a legal entity. The Anago Orientation Program consists of 7 classroom sessions and 3 on-site sessions at one of Our existing Account buildings. Each classroom and on-site session is a maximum of 8 hours. The Anago Orientation Program covers the following items: general office cleaning, restroom cleaning, floor maintenance, customer relations, and contract sales. The Orientation is provided by the use of video films, lectures and "hands-on" applications by Our experienced staff. Your employees may attend certain sessions of the Anago Orientation Program as We designate. There is no additional fee for Initial Orientation. You are responsible for any expenses incurred by You and Your employees in attending the Initial Orientation, including costs of transportation, lodging, meals and any wages paid to your employees.

According to Anago's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, there is no additional fee for the initial Anago Orientation Program. The orientation program is provided for the franchisee (or one of the owners if the franchisee is a legal entity) and two other individuals designated by the franchisee within 30 days of the Agreement Date. If the franchisee is a legal entity, one of the individuals attending the Anago Orientation Program must personally guarantee the franchisee's obligations under the agreement.
The Anago Orientation Program includes seven classroom sessions and three on-site sessions at one of Anago's existing account buildings. Each session, whether classroom or on-site, lasts a maximum of eight hours. The program covers general office cleaning, restroom cleaning, floor maintenance, customer relations, and contract sales. Anago uses video films, lectures, and hands-on applications by experienced staff to deliver the orientation. Employees of the franchisee may attend certain sessions as designated by Anago.
While there is no additional fee for the initial orientation itself, the franchisee is responsible for all expenses incurred by themselves and their employees while attending the orientation. These expenses include transportation, lodging, meals, and any wages paid to the employees. If a franchisee fails the Anago Orientation Program, they must attend corrective measures classes in the areas the Orientation Officer feels are necessary to successfully complete the Anago Orientation Program.
