What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Anago's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Anago has the right to terminate your franchise agreement without giving you a chance to fix the problem if you engage in conduct that is harmful to or reflects unfavorably on you or the Anago system. This includes conduct that shows a reckless disregard for the physical or mental well-being of employees, clients, Anago's representatives, or the public.

The FDD specifies examples of such harmful conduct, including battery, assault, sexual harassment or discrimination, racial harassment or discrimination, alcohol or drug abuse, or other forms of threatening, outrageous, or unacceptable behavior. The determination of whether your conduct falls into these categories is at Anago's sole discretion.

This means that as an Anago franchisee, you must ensure your behavior and the behavior of your employees does not create a hostile or unsafe environment for anyone. Failure to do so could result in immediate termination of your franchise agreement, which would lead to a loss of your investment and the right to operate under the Anago brand.
