What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Anago's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Anago will supply a current franchise disclosure document (Subfranchisor - Single Unit) to the subfranchisee. The subfranchisee is then responsible for modifying the document with the assistance of their franchise attorney. These modifications must include information required by federal and state regulations regarding subfranchisors, including the FTC Franchise Rule.

Anago will update its franchise disclosure document in accordance with current FTC requirements regarding information about the company. However, the franchise disclosure document provided by Anago serves only as a guideline. The subfranchisee is solely responsible for making any necessary alterations or changes to ensure compliance with state or federal requirements. Anago does not guarantee that the provided franchise disclosure document or unit franchise agreement samples conform to current laws.

Any changes made by the subfranchisee or their attorney to comply with current laws must be forwarded to Anago. Any other changes require Anago's approval. This process ensures that while the subfranchisee has the flexibility to adapt the document to local regulations, Anago maintains control over the overall brand and legal compliance.
