What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Anago's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Subfranchisors are required to obtain completed franchisee applications for processing and review. Specifically, the Subfranchisor must screen franchise candidates based on Anago's standards and actively seek candidates within their area who meet the qualifications to operate an Anago Unit franchise.

This process ensures that potential franchisees meet the necessary criteria set by Anago before being considered for a franchise. The Subfranchisor is also responsible for delivering their Franchise Disclosure Document (Subfranchisor - Single Unit) in compliance with all applicable laws.

Furthermore, the Subfranchisor is obligated to promptly forward any inquiries they receive regarding franchise opportunities outside of their designated area to Anago. This ensures that all potential franchisees are properly directed and that Anago maintains control over franchise expansion in different regions.
