What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Anago's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Anago Unit Franchisees must operate their business in line with the mandatory uniform methods, standards, and specifications outlined in the Unit Franchise Operating Manual or otherwise communicated by Anago. This is to ensure a consistently high level of quality and service across all Anago franchises. Franchisees must also maintain a sufficient supply of inventory, equipment, materials, and supplies that meet Anago's standards and specifications to handle the anticipated business volume. Deviations from these requirements are not allowed without Anago's written consent.

Anago franchisees are responsible for ensuring their employees maintain a neat appearance and adhere to any dress codes required by Anago or the facility managers/clients they serve. Franchisees must also follow all applicable regulations and laws related to operating their Anago Unit Franchise. Individual accounts may have specific service hours, methods, or staffing requirements that the franchisee must meet.

Anago retains the right to conduct periodic quality control visits to the buildings cleaned by franchisees to ensure brand standards are maintained. During these visits, all brand standards will be inspected, and recommendations will be provided to the franchisee. Anago also investigates supply sources for better pricing on cleaning equipment and supplies, directing franchisees to suppliers without any obligation to purchase from them. These measures help Anago maintain brand consistency and quality across all franchise locations.
