What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Anago's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Anago will provide franchisees with a schedule of items that may be purchased or leased from Anago, a designated supplier, or an approved system supplier. Anago unit franchisees are required to use their own tools, equipment, and supplies to perform the services required under the contract with the account.

The disclosure document also states that Anago may designate suppliers where a franchisee may purchase supplies and charge them to a house account. If a franchisee elects to have these purchases deducted from their statement each month, Anago will charge a financing fee of 5.25% of the amount charged.

Prospective franchisees should carefully review the schedule of approved suppliers and understand the purchasing requirements and any associated fees. It is also important to understand the process for requesting approval of new suppliers if a franchisee wishes to use a supplier not already on the approved list.
