Will Anago provide franchisees with a statement of operations for the advertising fund?

According to Anago's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, a statement of operations for the advertising fund, if one is developed, will be prepared annually by an independent public accountant selected by Anago. Upon reasonable request, Anago will provide the subfranchisor with a copy of this annual statement of operations.

This means that if Anago establishes an advertising fund, they will have an independent accountant prepare a statement of operations each year. It is important to note that Anago does not owe any fiduciary obligation to subfranchisors or unit franchisees for administering the fund. Furthermore, Anago is not obligated to ensure that expenditures are equivalent or proportionate to contributions paid by each subfranchisor or that each subfranchisor benefits directly or on a pro-rata basis from the fund's activities.
