What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Anago's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Anago may provide continuing advisory assistance in the operation and promotion of Unit Franchises. Anago will provide this assistance as they deem advisable. This includes communicating new developments, improvements in equipment and supplies, and new techniques in advertising, service, and management relevant to the operation of the franchised business.

This ongoing support is in addition to the pre-opening support that Anago provides. Pre-opening support includes initial training for one person for up to two weeks, the loan of Anago manuals, and assistance in preparing advertising brochures. Anago also provides specifications for the computer system and may offer informal advice and instruction in the day-to-day operations of the Anago Subfranchise Rights Business.

While Anago offers this ongoing support, they are not obligated to provide other support services such as hiring employees, establishing prices, establishing bookkeeping, accounting or inventory control procedures, and resolving operating problems. This means that while Anago may offer advice and assistance, the franchisee is ultimately responsible for managing these aspects of their business.
