What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Anago's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees who purchase Program VII or higher will receive two complete sets of minor equipment. The minor equipment is included in the initial franchise fee for Programs I through X+. However, purchasers of Programs 0 and 500 will not receive this equipment as part of their initial fee and must purchase it separately.
The minor equipment is detailed in Exhibit 4 of the FDD and includes items such as an upright vacuum, charging buckets, a maid caddy, microfiber mops, mop handles, a toilet brush, a yellow mop bucket and wringer, wet floor signs, and a lobby broom and pan combo. The approximate total cost of this minor equipment is $450.00.
Prospective Anago franchisees should note that the specific items included in the minor equipment list may be substituted or changed based on availability or changes in cleaning industry standards. Franchisees also have the option to request an equipment waiver, which would reduce their initial fee, if they already possess supplies equivalent to those listed in Exhibit 4, provided these supplies meet Anago's standards and specifications.
