  • (vi) Additional Training (Section 2.1(d) of the Subfranchise Rights Agreement) We may, but are not obligated to, provide additional training to you at our principal training facility, which may be required, at our sole option. You will be solely responsible for all expenses associated with these programs, including the then prevailing standard rates we charge for these programs and all travel, meals and lodging costs for your attendees.
  • (vii) Other Support Services. We are not obligated to provide you with any other ongoing support services, including with respect to: hiring employees; establishing prices; establishing bookkeeping, accounting or inventory control procedures; and resolving operating problems you encounter.

You will be subject to an annual minimum Client Marketing Spend.

What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Anago's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Anago may provide additional training but is not obligated to do so. Specifically, Anago may offer additional training at its principal training facility, and attendance may be required at Anago's sole option.

However, if Anago requires you to attend additional training, you will be responsible for all associated expenses. These expenses include the standard rates Anago charges for the programs, as well as all travel, meals, and lodging costs for your attendees.

In addition to optional further training, Anago requires you to attend at least one annual seminar. You are responsible for all expenses associated with attending the seminar. The seminar typically lasts 2-3 days, and you must fully participate in each class, segment, or event scheduled during the seminar.
