What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Anago's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Anago NBDS Support and access fee, currently $200 per month, is due immediately upon receipt of invoice and is billed monthly. This fee is paid directly to Anago. Anago NBDS Support is provided under the NBDS License Agreement attached to the Franchise Disclosure Document as Exhibit D.
Additionally, franchisees must purchase software maintenance and support services from a supplier approved by Anago. As of the date of the 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the charge is $200 per month, invoiced in advance, monthly, for program maintenance and access support services; however, this fee is subject to change. This and all software payments are not refundable.
It is important to note that unless otherwise provided, all fees described in Item 6 are imposed by and payable to Anago. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Certain of the fees and costs in Item 6 may vary from state to state and are not uniform in all cases for persons currently offered Subfranchise Rights. If no time is specified, these amounts are due upon receipt of an invoice from Anago.
