- Anago NBDS Support is provided under the NBDS License Agreement attached to this Franchise Disclosure Document as Exhibit D. You must purchase software maintenance and support services from a supplier approved by us. As of the date of this Franchise Disclosure Document, the charge is $200 per month, (invoiced in advance, monthly) for program maintenance and access support services; however, this fee is subject to change.
