What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Anago's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, there are minimum standards that customers must meet to purchase Unit Franchisees. Anago Subfranchisees are not restricted in the customers to whom they may sell Unit Franchisees, as long as those customers meet Anago's minimum standards. These standards are detailed in the then-current form of the Unit Franchise Agreement.

This means that while Anago Subfranchisees have the freedom to sell Unit Franchises within their designated area, they must ensure that potential franchisees meet the criteria established by Anago. These standards are formally documented in the Unit Franchise Agreement, which serves as the official benchmark for evaluating potential franchisees.

Prospective Anago Subfranchisees should carefully review the Unit Franchise Agreement to fully understand the minimum standards required of purchasers. This will enable them to effectively target and qualify potential franchisees, ensuring compliance with Anago's requirements and contributing to the overall quality and success of the Anago franchise system.
