What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Anago's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Anago does loan a copy of the Anago Manuals to the subfranchisee. Specifically, Anago will loan the Anago Manuals, including the Unit Franchise Operating Manual, to the subfranchisee, who is then required to use it and provide it to their Unit Franchisees. These manuals cannot be changed, altered, or edited in whole or in part by the subfranchisee or their Unit Franchisees.

The Anago Manuals contain proprietary information that the subfranchisee must keep confidential. The current manuals consist of 1,113 pages, and the table of contents is included as an exhibit in the FDD. The manuals include the Master Franchise Operating Manual, the IGAS Manual, the Unit Franchise Operating Manual, the CleanSource® Training Manual, the AnagoCloud Handbook, the Unit Franchise Owner's Guide to Anago Protection+ Disinfection, and the Unit Franchise Owner's Guide to Electrostatic Spraying.

This loan of the Anago Manuals is part of the pre-opening support that Anago provides to its subfranchisees after the Subfranchise Rights Agreement is signed and before the subfranchisee begins to operate their Anago Subfranchise Rights Business, assuming the subfranchisee is not in default under the agreement. The manuals are loaned shortly before completing the Anago Training Program.
