What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Anago's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, several instructional materials are used during the training program. These include the Subfranchise FDD, videos, Anago Operating Manuals, the NBDS System, and the computer system.
Prospective franchisees should note that the Anago Operating Manuals are a key component of the training. Item 11 mentions that Anago will loan a copy of the Anago Manuals, including the Unit Franchise Operating Manual, that franchisees are required to use and provide to their Unit Franchisees. These manuals cannot be changed, altered, or edited in whole or in part by the franchisee or their Unit Franchisees. The current manuals consist of 1,113 pages, and the table of contents is attached as Exhibit G.
Understanding the NBDS (New Business Development System) and the computer system is also crucial, as these tools are essential for managing and operating the Anago franchise. Lisa Ritenour, Vice President of Internal Operations, provides instruction on the Invoice Generating Accounting Software (IGAS) and NBDS System. The computer system purchase can range from $15,000 to $25,000. The FDD does not specify the content of the videos used in training.
