A statement of operations of the Fund, if developed, will be prepared annually by an independent public accountant selected by Franchisor.
Upon reasonable request, Franchisor will provide Subfranchisor a copy of the annual statement of operations.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Anago's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, if a national or regional advertising fund is established for the Anago franchise system, a statement of operations for the fund will be prepared annually. This statement will be created by an independent public accountant selected by Anago.
For a prospective Anago subfranchisor, this means that if Anago decides to create an advertising fund, there will be an annual accounting of how the money in the fund is being used. This provides a degree of transparency regarding the fund's financial activities.
Anago will provide a copy of this annual statement of operations to the subfranchisor upon reasonable request. This allows subfranchisors to stay informed about the financial management of the advertising fund and how their contributions are being utilized to promote the Anago brand.
