Does the Anago Guarantor waive all other notices and legal or equitable defenses?

According to Anago's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Guarantor does waive all other notices and legal or equitable defenses. As stated in Item 23, the guarantor waives "any and all other notices and legal or equitable defenses to which You may be entitled."
