Source: Item 23 — RECEIPTS (FDD pages 62–298)
What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Anago's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Guarantor waives acceptance and notice of acceptance by Anago of the Guaranty. This means that the Guarantor is giving up their right to be formally notified that Anago has accepted the Guaranty.
By waiving this right, the Guarantor is immediately bound by the terms of the Guaranty once it is executed, without needing to receive separate confirmation from Anago that the Guaranty is in effect. This waiver simplifies the process for Anago, as they do not need to provide additional notices to the Guarantor.
This waiver is part of a broader set of waivers included in the Guaranty, such as waiving notice of demand for payment, presentment or protest of any instrument, and notice of default. These waivers are designed to protect Anago's interests and ensure that the Guarantor remains liable for the obligations under the Anago Agreements, even if certain procedural steps are not followed.
