We are a Florida corporation formed on February 15, 1995. We were formed for the purpose of offering and selling Anago franchises and for administering the Anago franchise system. We began offering franchises of the type described in this Disclosure Document in February 1995. We only conduct business under the names "Anago" and "Anago Franchising, Inc." and do not conduct business under any other name.
