What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Anago's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are permitted to solicit and negotiate additional business with clients to whom they are assigned. However, any additional business must be reflected in an amendment to the existing contract with the client. This amendment ensures that Anago remains the agent for billing and collections related to the additional services. Anago will invoice for these extra services and retain its fees as outlined in the agreement.
This arrangement benefits both the franchisee and Anago. The franchisee can grow their revenue by providing more services to existing clients, while Anago maintains control over billing and collections, ensuring consistent revenue streams and adherence to system standards. It's crucial for franchisees to follow the proper procedures for documenting and billing additional services to avoid any conflicts or breaches of the franchise agreement.
All accounts assigned to the franchisee must be serviced according to the times, frequency, and cleaning specifications determined by the client. This requirement ensures quality control and client satisfaction. Franchisees should be aware of these stipulations and ensure they can meet the client's expectations before agreeing to provide services.
