What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Anago's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the table of contents for the Anago Manuals is included as Exhibit G to the FDD. The Anago Manuals are loaned to the subfranchisee after signing the Subfranchise Rights Agreement and shortly before completing the Anago Training Program.
The Anago Manuals consist of several components, including the Master Franchise Operating Manual, the IGAS Manual, the Unit Franchise Operating Manual, the CleanSource® Training Manual, the AnagoCloud Handbook, the Unit Franchise Owner's Guide to Anago Protection+ Disinfection, and the Unit Franchise Owner's Guide to Electrostatic Spraying. The entire set of manuals totals 1,113 pages.
As the manuals contain proprietary information, the franchisee must keep this information confidential. The franchisee cannot change, alter, or edit the manuals in whole or in part. The manuals are a key resource for operating the Anago franchise, so having a clear table of contents is essential for quickly locating information.
