What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Anago's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Unit Franchisees are required to submit monthly reports to Anago by the 20th day of each month. These reports must be accurate records reflecting the information Anago requires and be in the form that Anago specifies. If the Unit Franchisee is responsible for collecting and remitting sales taxes, they must also provide copies of their sales tax returns to Anago.

Subfranchisors also have monthly reporting requirements. Subfranchisors must provide Anago with a copy of all statements issued to their Unit Franchisees during the month by the 25th day of each month, using the format and method designated by Anago. This can be done through hard copies sent by mail or courier, or by electronic data transmission via a modem or Internet access installed within the Subfranchisor's computer.

Failure to submit any required report, statement, form, or information as required under the agreement will result in a late fee of $100 per day, per report, until each missing required report has been submitted. Additionally, a $100 fee will be imposed each day for failure to deposit client receipts properly into the required bank accounts.
