What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Anago's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the current Website Maintenance Fee is $1,500 per month. This fee is due monthly on the 20th day of each month. However, this fee is only payable if Anago assumes the responsibility for maintaining the webpage for the Anago Subfranchise Rights Business.

This means that if a subfranchisee chooses to have Anago maintain their website, they will incur a recurring monthly expense of $1,500. This cost should be factored into the subfranchisee's financial projections and business plan. It is important to note that this fee is separate from other technology-related fees, such as the Technology Fee, which is not currently assessed but could be up to 1.5% of the subfranchisor's monthly Gross Revenues if initiated in the future.

Subfranchisees should carefully consider whether they want Anago to handle their website maintenance or if they prefer to manage it themselves or hire a third-party provider. The decision should be based on factors such as the subfranchisee's technical expertise, available resources, and the perceived value of Anago's website maintenance services. It is also important to understand the scope of services included in the Website Maintenance Fee and to compare it with the cost and services offered by alternative providers.

Prospective subfranchisees should inquire about the specific services covered under the Website Maintenance Fee, the performance metrics for the websites managed by Anago, and the process for requesting changes or updates to the website. Understanding these details will help them make an informed decision about whether to opt for Anago's website maintenance services.
