What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Anago's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the criteria for supplier approval are not available to franchisees or proposed suppliers. Anago considers these criteria confidential, as they were developed through significant time and effort.

For products or services without an approved vendor, franchisees can use any vendor meeting the specifications outlined in Anago's manuals. However, Anago retains the right to mandate that franchisees purchase or lease computers and other necessary items from approved or designated vendors. Anago may also set the terms for vendors providing products or services to Anago Subfranchise Rights Businesses and Unit Franchisees.

Anago typically requires suppliers to be nationally or regionally recognized, considering factors like price, quality, delivery frequency, service standards, community reputation, and reliability. Approval of suppliers may be temporary, pending further evaluation, and Anago will notify franchisees in writing of any disapprovals, requiring them to cease purchasing from the supplier within 30 days of the notice.
