What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Anago's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, an 'Account' is defined as a Client or Current Client. This definition is crucial for understanding the relationship between Anago, its franchisees, and the customers they serve.

For a prospective Anago franchisee, this means that the terms 'Client' and 'Account' are used interchangeably within the franchise agreement. The agreement specifies that Anago secures Accounts through contracts with Clients, and these contracts are then assigned to the franchisee. Payments from Clients are made directly to Anago, which then distributes the gross monthly revenues to the franchisee after deducting fees and liabilities.

Understanding this definition is important because the franchisee's revenue is directly tied to the Accounts they service. The franchisee is responsible for servicing these Accounts according to the specifications determined by the Client. Furthermore, franchisees are generally not permitted to directly solicit or invoice these Accounts for additional services without Anago's involvement, ensuring that all business is conducted through the franchisor.
