What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Anago's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Billing and Collection Fees are due monthly on the 20th day of each month. These fees are an invoice servicing fee of the greater of $1,000 or 1% of your Gross Revenues, plus $25 for each unit franchise statement.

For the first 12 months of operation, Anago waives the Billing and Collection Fees. After this initial period, or indefinitely after an event of default, Anago may provide the billing and collection service, and the associated fees will be assessed.

This means that as an Anago subfranchisor, you'll initially handle billing and collections for your unit franchisees. However, Anago can take over this responsibility, either at your request after the first year or if you default on your agreement. If Anago provides this service, you will be required to pay the specified fees.
