What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Anago's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, a Subfranchisor will pay Anago a Subfranchise Fee of $98,000. This fee is considered fully earned by Anago upon signing the agreement and is generally non-refundable.
The Subfranchise Fee compensates Anago for administrative costs, other expenses, and lost opportunities resulting from granting the Subfranchisor the rights outlined in the agreement. However, there are limited circumstances where the fee may be refundable.
The Subfranchise Fee is refundable if Anago does not accept the Subfranchisor at its home office within 30 days from the agreement date, or as otherwise provided in Subsection 2.1(b). Prospective subfranchisees should carefully review Subsection 2.1(b) to understand the specific conditions under which a refund might be possible.
