We will only allow office supplies that support the image and positioning of the System in the marketplace.

You agree to the importance of image and positioning to the Anago System and agree to use only the supplies we specify or otherwise approve.

What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Anago's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees do not have complete autonomy in choosing office supplies. Anago mandates that franchisees only use office supplies that support the brand's image and market positioning.

Specifically, Anago requires franchisees to use only the supplies that Anago specifies or approves. The term 'supplies' includes brochures, flyers, forms, proposal folders, 3-ring binders, presentation materials (electronic or otherwise), and other miscellaneous items.

This requirement ensures brand consistency across all Anago franchises, which is a common practice in franchising. While it limits the franchisee's choice, it aims to maintain a uniform brand image, which can be beneficial for customer recognition and trust. Prospective franchisees should consider this when budgeting for initial costs, as they may need to purchase specific supplies from approved vendors.
