Does ACS, Anago's parent company, guarantee Anago's obligations?

According to Anago's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Anago Cleaning Systems, Inc. (ACS) does not guarantee the obligations to the Unit Franchisee. Item 23, section E, states that ACS and AFI (Anago Franchising, Inc.) are not parties to the Unit Franchise Agreement and have no obligation to the franchisee.

This means that as a prospective Anago Unit Franchisee, you cannot rely on ACS to fulfill any obligations or promises made by Anago Franchising, Inc. under the Unit Franchise Agreement. ACS's role is primarily that of owning and licensing the Anago System's Proprietary Marks and Property to Anago Franchising, Inc., which then sublicenses these to the subfranchisors and their franchisees.

Therefore, it is crucial for a potential franchisee to carefully evaluate the financial stability and reputation of Anago Franchising, Inc. independently, as the parent company, ACS, provides no guarantee of Anago's performance or obligations.
