What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Amorino's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Amorino utilizes mystery shoppers to assess the quality and compliance of its franchise locations. These mystery shoppers visit stores posing as regular customers and meticulously document their experiences. They then provide detailed reports to Amorino.

Amorino uses these reports to ensure that all franchise locations maintain the brand's standards and adhere to the franchise agreement. This helps Amorino maintain the overall quality of the franchise system. The reports also help Amorino determine if a franchisee is complying with the franchise agreement.

Furthermore, Amorino may use the results of these mystery shopper reports to determine a franchisee's eligibility for discounts on products that the franchisee is required to purchase from Amorino's affiliates. This creates an incentive for franchisees to maintain high standards and comply with the franchise agreement, as it could lead to cost savings on required purchases.
