What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Amorino's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Amorino does not utilize any public figures to promote its franchise name or symbol. The document confirms that no public figure has received or been promised compensation for using their image to endorse the franchise. Furthermore, no public figure is involved in the management, control, or investment aspects of Amorino.

This policy ensures that the brand's reputation is built on its own merits rather than relying on celebrity endorsements. For a prospective franchisee, this means that the success of their Amorino franchise will depend on the quality of the product, service, and brand recognition that Amorino has established independently.

This approach can be seen as both a benefit and a potential challenge. On one hand, Amorino avoids the risks associated with celebrity endorsements, such as a public figure's scandal damaging the brand's image. On the other hand, the franchise may need to work harder to build brand awareness and attract customers without the immediate boost that a celebrity endorsement could provide.
