What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Amorino's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, a 'Manager' is defined as an individual designated by the franchisee and approved by Amorino. This individual must have full control over the day-to-day management and operations of the Amorino store.
To qualify as a Manager, the individual must complete Amorino's initial training program, as well as any additional training that Amorino requires, to Amorino's satisfaction. Furthermore, the Manager is required to devote their full-time efforts to the store's operations.
Importantly, the Manager cannot engage in any other business or activity that demands substantial management responsibility or time commitment. This ensures that the Manager's focus remains solely on the Amorino store, maintaining the brand's standards and operational efficiency.
