What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Amorino's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, as a condition of renewal, franchisees must complete any training that Amorino requires. This is in addition to completing any required renovations and updates to the store.
Amorino may also require the Supervising Principal or Manager to attend additional courses, seminars, and other training programs based on the franchisee's performance under the Franchise Agreement. The franchisee is responsible for the costs associated with this additional training, including the cost of providing the training (currently up to $400 per day), as well as all related expenses such as salary, travel, lodging, and dining costs for all individuals who participate in the training.
It is important for prospective franchisees to note that the specific content and duration of required renewal training are not detailed in this document. Therefore, it is advisable to discuss the potential scope and costs of renewal training with Amorino during the due diligence process to fully understand the obligations involved in renewing the franchise agreement.
